1. Delivery Area:

We currently deliver to a select number of pin codes within Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Please verify your delivery address during the checkout process.

We reserve the right to modify or expand our delivery areas at any time.

2. Pre-Order and Delivery Time Frames:

Customers can pre-order meal kits up to One day in advance.

You will be able to select a 2-hour delivery time slot (Whether in the morning, afternoon or evening) during the checkout process.

We will make every effort to deliver your meal kit within your selected time slot.

3. Delivery Schedule:

Deliveries are made From Monday to Sunday

Orders placed after 1 hour before the selected delivery slot may be scheduled for delivery on the next available delivery slot.

4. Delivery Process:

Our delivery personnel will deliver your meal kit to the address provided during checkout.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery during your selected time slot.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, our delivery personnel will attempt to contact you. If they are unable to reach you, the meal kit may be:

• Left at a safe location at your delivery address (if specified correctly during checkout).

• Returned to our facility, and a cancellation fee may apply.

If the product is returned to our facility due to the customer’s inability to receive the product, and the product is perishable, the product may be disposed of.

You will receive a notification when your meal kit has been delivered.

Because we are shipping food products, it is important to bring the meal kit inside and refrigerate it as soon as possible after delivery.

5. Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery fees may vary depending on your delivery location and order size.

We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time.

6. Packaging and Handling:

We use insulated air tight packaging to maintain the freshness and quality of your cooking kits during delivery.

Please refrigerate your meal kit immediately upon receipt if you are aiming to prepare it at a later time.

We are not responsible for damage to your meal kit that occurs after successful delivery.

While we strive to deliver all orders within the selected time slots, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, weather, or other disruptions.

We will make every effort to notify you of any delivery delays.

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from delivery delays.

8. Perishable Goods:

Our meal kits contain perishable food items. It is your responsibility to ensure that the meal kit is refrigerated promptly upon delivery if the ingredients are to be used at a later time.

We are not responsible for any spoilage or quality issues that arise from improper handling or storage after delivery.
