Thank you for choosing Edaiya Enterprises! This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices for deliveries within Chennai, India.

1. Delivery Area:

We currently deliver our cooking kits exclusively within Chennai, India. Our delivery service covers specific pin codes within Chennai. Please refer to the list of serviceable pin codes on our Website or App to confirm if we deliver to your area. We do not currently offer shipping outside of Chennai.

2. Delivery Schedule:

  • Order Processing Time: To ensure the freshness of our ingredients, orders are typically processed within 30-60 minutes of receipt.
  • Delivery Days:We deliver 7 days a week.
  • Delivery Time Slots: You can select your preferred delivery date and time slot duringthe checkout process. We offer the following time slots:
    • 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM
    • 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM
    • 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
    • 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Delivery Confirmation: You will receive a notification on the app once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery Time Estimates:While we strive to deliver within your chosen time slot, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other logistical issues. We will notify you of any significant delays. Your order may arrive at any time within your chosen delivery window.

3. Delivery Charges:

  • Delivery Fee: A delivery fee of Rs. 25- Rs. 50 will be added to your order total, depending on distance, order size and number or kits purchased in a single order.
    Free Delivery: Free delivery is available to our regular customers through a special coupon code provided within the app.

4. Delivery Address:

Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address, including any apartment number, building name, or landmark, before placing your order.

Changes: You can change your delivery address before placing your order. Once the order is placed, address changes are not possible. Please contact us immediately if you have entered an incorrect address before dispatch.

Failed Deliveries:If our delivery personnel are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address provided by you or if you are not available to receive the delivery, and you have already paid for the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and levy a cancellation charge. If the failed delivery is due to our error, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery or cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Delivery Instructions:

You can provide specific delivery instructions (e.g., “Leave at the door,” “Deliver to the security guard”) during the checkout process. We will make every effort to accommodate your instructions, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be followed.

6. Tracking:

We do not currently offer live order tracking. You will receive a notification on the app when your order is dispatched. Your order will be delivered within the selected delivery window.
